NATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping via GLS courier, with delivery expected within 24–48 hours from dispatch, excluding remote areas and smaller islands.

After placing your order, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your purchase. Tracking details will be sent to you within 24–48 hours after the order has been processed. Please leave your phone number at checkout. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you by phone.

Shipping to European and non-European countries is handled by UPS courier with insured parcels.
For shipments outside the EU or to the Canary Islands, any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. These duties vary depending on the destination country. The customer is required to be informed about relevant regulations and is solely responsible for complying with them.
Customs duties are not considered shipping fees and are therefore borne by the customer.
Shipping is free of charge, excluding customs duties.

All shipments are accompanied by a receipt.
If you require an invoice, please tick the appropriate box and provide all necessary information, including VAT number, during checkout.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

Illume.luxury ships to all international destinations, including non-EU countries. In such cases, shipments are made via contracted couriers at a fixed cost of €40.00.
