Are the earrings sold as a pair or individually?
Our jewels are all sold individually.
How do I figure out the right pin size for me?
If you have recently had your piercing done, our advice is to use a 0.8mm long pin to allow the hole to heal properly.
I am allergic to gold, can I buy one of your jewels?
There is no such thing as an allergy to gold. You may be allergic to nickel. Our jewelry does not contain nickel, which is why they are considered hypoallergenic.
How can I take care of my piercing?
Do not clean your Piercing with chemicals, such as alcohol. Instead, use saline solution, spray or sterile wipes.

Returns and Refunds
It is possible to return or replace the purchased products, within and no later than 48 hours of delivery , with due justification.
